Afterparty Wiki
Oh, drunk children! Drunk children, please-- take some treats from treat-cart! I'm Lutzelfrau, and my charming Germanic witch recipes will surely soak up all that Hellcohol!
— Lutzelfrau to Milo and Lola.

Lutzelfrau is a character in Afterparty. She is a sorceress demon who sells candy, and is met by Lola and Milo during Apollyon's Seal quest.

Personality[]

Lutzelfrau is easily provoked to frustration and anger, and is not above knowingly selling vile-tasting candy to her unwitting customers. She has a German accent.

Appearance[]

Lutzelfrau is a tall, lanky demon with a green-and-purple body, ram-like horns, and glowing yellow facial features. She wears a tall witch hat and a purple dress, which, according to her, is made from "a mesh sewn from the hair of children born during an eclipse" which can only be acquired via mazoku rituals or Thursday-night specials at Kohl's.[2]

Background[]

Lutzelfrau is a relatively well-known demon from the Black Hills[3] who goes by the title of "Witch of the Black Forest," known by at least Andy and Gerald without having met either in person.[4][1]

Plot[]

During Apollyon's Seal quest at Little Rantalia, Milo and Lola can go upstairs and come across Lutzelfrau selling candy to a demon. They can speak with her; if they haven't already spoken with the footman, Lola can either accept her offer of candy before retracting or refuse.

If they have spoken with the footman and hatched the plan to find a costume in order to sneak into The Sealed Knot, Milo or Lola will ask Lutzelfrau for her dress, to which she responds that they need to eat one of her candies and appear to enjoy it in order to attract more customers. After Lola either eats the candy herself or feeds it to Milo and they advertise it, customers crowd around Lutzelfrau's cart in excitement. After warning the crowd of the security cameras, Lutzelfrau goes behind her cart with Milo and Lola and gives them her dress and hat to wear as a disguise. She steps out to discover that, in her absence, the crowd has stolen her candies.

Later on, at The Sealed Knot, Lola can choose to tell Andy, Delbert, and Apollyon that their name is Lutzelfrau, sparking recognition in Andy and Gerald. Andy continues to call them by Lutzelfrou's name until their parting at the courtroom.

Quotes[]

Lutzelfrau: "Oh, drunk children! Drunk children, please-- take some treats from treat-cart! I'm Lutzelfrau, and my charming Germanic witch recipes will surely soak up all that Hellcohol!"
Milo: "We're not drunk."
Lutzelfrau: "Then pretend, okay? The rabble here is more discerning than Lutzelfrau expected. They don't serve Lava Blasters, here, so everyone still has their taste buds. Help a Lutzelfrau out, alright?"
— Lutzelfrau's first meeting with Milo and Lola.
"'Second thoughts' are for bungee jumping in Arkansas, sweetheart, now keep it movin' if you don't want any."
— Lutzelfrau
"God, you selfish little pricks-- You'll shut down the borders if a cumquat slips past Mexico but you have to barter with my shit. Just tell Lutzelfrau what you want! Or begone, quickly!"
"Okay, follow Lutzelfrau. And smile, dipshits, you're on camera, alright? So no samples while I'm gone."
— Lutzelfrau before going behind the curtain.
"Those mother-- Hell is really filled with cock-knockers, you know, you wouldn't-- you wouldn't think it, but there it is."
